Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Volum'Ads (the "Service"), operated by Tardis LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. The Service

Volum'Ads helps advertisers create and launch ads, campaigns, ad sets and custom audiences on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) in bulk, in the ad accounts they connect, and analyze their results with reports, recommendations, alerts and an optional AI assistant. Volum'Ads is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
• Tell us right away at support@volumads.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Connecting Meta

You may only connect Business Managers, ad accounts, Pages and other assets that you own or are authorized to manage. You can revoke Volum'Ads' access at any time from your Facebook or Business Manager settings.

4. Your ads and your responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the ads you create or launch through the Service: their content, creatives, links, targeting, budgets and scheduling.
• You must comply with Meta's Advertising Standards, Terms and Commercial Terms, and with all applicable laws (including consumer protection, advertising and intellectual property laws).
• Ad spend is billed by Meta directly to your ad account. Ads you launch as "active" may start spending as soon as Meta approves them. We are not responsible for ad spend, ad performance, ad rejections or account restrictions decided by Meta.
• You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process it only to provide the Service.
• When you create custom audiences, you confirm that you have the right to use the related data and that you comply with Meta's Custom Audience Terms and with the privacy laws that apply to your website and customers.

5. Recommendations and AI assistant

Reports, verdicts, alerts and answers from the AI assistant are generated automatically from the data available in your ad accounts. They are suggestions, not professional advice, and may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for every decision: Volum'Ads only changes a budget, pauses an ad or creates an audience when you click to confirm it. The AI assistant uses your own Anthropic API key, and its usage is billed to you by Anthropic.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for illegal, misleading or prohibited ads; attempt to access other customers' data; overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; or resell the Service without our written permission.

7. Plans and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or because of third parties such as Meta or Google. Meta may change its platform or API at any time, which may affect some features. We may modify or discontinue features of the Service.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support@volumads.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or puts the Service or other users at risk. What happens to your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any advertising results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tardis LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue or ad spend. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory rights you may have as a consumer where you live.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Wyoming, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and notify you by email of significant changes. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.
